1. Conduct a physical site inspection. 2. Demand copies of title documents to the property. 3. Carry out due deligences- conduct a search of the property title at the land registry and obtain certified true copies of the documents(where necessary) -conduct a search in court to ensure that the property is not a subject of litigation. 4.
